Initial Comfort Is Fantastic

The size is true and the initial coimfort factor is among the best I've found. With that said, the velcro tabs are a little small, so I'm not sure how long their grip will last. Also, because there are two fre-floating tabs on each shoe, getting symmetry between the left and right shoe can be tricky. Ultimately, my satisfaction will depend on how the shoes and I are doing in a year. Time will tell.

Issue With Arch Support and Uneven Shoe Comfort

The arch support that came in the shoebox was not medium support, and I could not use it because it hurt my arch when I tried it. The ball-of-the-foot area in the shoes is slightly higher than the other areas, and I do not know why. When I wear the shoes, it bothers me.

Comfortable shoes

This is my third pair of Ortho Feet shoes. They fit very well and the Velcro lace adjustment is great for people with mobility issues.
