HF Stride – Hands-Free & Ergonomic Barefoot Shoes

I ordered 2 pair of of shoes . One womens & one mens. What I received was 2 pair of womens shoes. I immediately contacted Hike customer service via the email on their website & requested to return the size 11 pair for a mens size. Got a reply initially offering a new pair to be shipped if i paid $ 9.99 for shipping & to keep the pair thst did not fit. Or i could opt to return the pair that did not fit with tracking & when received they would send the correct size . The response email had no mechanism to supply secure credit card info nor a return shipping address. With in 24 hours i responded i would be happy to pay shipping & would donate the wrong size to a nearby shelter. I received NO further communication . I have emailed five more times & get silence / NO communication. I am stuck w shoes i have paid for but did not order. I will try to work with credit card company next. Buyer beware & avoid this merchant. Very unhappy

I love everything about these amazing shoes ..... 1st week in and already noticing big improvements. I'm so glad I went ahead and ordered 2 !!!!! Thank you Hike-Footwear!

The shoes are great and they really live up to everything the Hike people say. I have purchased two pairs plus the insoles. After knee replacement surgery these shoes are a blessing!
