Not good enough

Deformed electrical igniter part supplied, which broke off IN position inside another part in the grill. Replacements were sent; one wrong part. Another was sent, correctly. This took considerable time after purchase. Both times I was promised wire ties for relocating the electrical wire; they were never sent. Although the agent made a video of how to repair things, it proved extremely difficult and of course the wire never went back in with the other wires. One of the two doors that access the gas canister hits the grill body on its upper edge. The grill looks good, but the electrical part are ridiculously flimsy and the grill is out of alignment, meaning it is also too flimsy. I regret buying it and will never buy another,
