Konnected Alarm Panel Pro 12-Zone Interface Kit

A nice idea, execution is difficult

Installed the Alarm Panel Pro 12-zone with the Interfaced Kit. The wired sensors wiring tapped into my GE NX-8V2 were straight forward. The WiFi set up was difficult and eventually resort to use the Ethernet. The arm remotely eventually worked. The disarming is still not working when using Smartthings. The statuses to be displayed on Smartthings when the alarm was set and when the alarm was tripped still not working. Tried about 20 different times flashing the firmware. Things stil are not working well.

Andy Wulff at Konnected provided outstanding support in getting my Alarm Panel Pro working on Wi-Fi and SmartThings. He provided almost immediate responses (even over Saturday and Sunday) to troubleshoot several issues. Now everything is working better than anticipated. Thanks Andy!

Really happy with the Alarm Panel Pro, with interface boards connecting to my existing Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system. The detailed instructions, conbined with the AI support bot, allowed everything to be installed within an hour and fully functional. Currently using it with Home Assistant, works really well!
