Fits gun with TLR1HL perfectly, even has enough retention to hold the pistol without the light as well. The open bottom is a bonus too that you could have a threaded barrel or compensator without having to modify it yourself.

CZ PO-7 Tactical Kydex Holster

I purchased this kydex holster model because it advertised a place for a tactical flashlight when attached to the PO-7 picatinny rail. When I got the holster, I quickly checked if my flashlight would fit as advertised and it most definitely did. This holster needs the end user to adjust the friction fit against the pistol as well as the belt loop height setting. However, it doesn't bring a gun retention safety feature like a thumb operated latche or strip that prevents accidental gun ejection. The holster feels tough and probably will last a long time. Overall, a great product at a good price point.
