Hard to get in and out

I wanted to reach out but have not had the time. Since receiving the holster this is very hard to get in and out of the holster. It is a two-hander job to get it to go all the way in and then even harder to pull out. Hoping for some troubleshoot as this is a more expensive holster than my WTP holsters that go in and out effortlessly.
