Poor experience. Batteries were the wrong size. No instructions. Could not figure how to get them in.

The best customer service experience.

The customer service at Tetra is over the top. The first outing for this pair went from South Dakota killing pheasants to Arkansas killing specks to Tennessee shooting doves. All in the first ten days. These are awesome. We waited too long to get these put to good use. Thanks so much to all at Tetra…. We are huge fans….

Dog Food

I was in a UTV accident two days before they arrived. Upon arrival I removed them from the box, but not the plastic bag, and left them on my desk since I was not healthy enough to even try their fit. A week later I was ready and only then discovered they were no longer on my desk. I can only conclude that my dog ate them or carried them outside to chew on them.
