Keralan Coconut Curry

Coastal delight

One of my favourite spice mixes - light and fragrant but deeply flavoured. This is excellent with white fish and prawns, and also works a treat with chicken. I’ve re-ordered this and will re-order again.

Another winner!

Having already bought and cooked Butter Chicken I bought the Keralan Coconut Curry spice mix and wasn’t disappointed. The result was a lovely aromatic, not too hot dish. Far superior to anything else on the market.

Fantastic flavoured curry

I tried this curry very recently. Followed the recipe and used coconut milk and a bit of cream. Added king prawns at the very end of the process. The result was an amazing curry that was full of flavour and it went down a treat. I’ve purchased more of the ingredient and aim to use it again very soon.
