Sumatra gayo
I finished a perfect expresso and started gayo I was simply stunned by how mild soft coffee was, no aftertaste no bitterness, just like milk, I drank two or three cups of espresso at 4 am and nothing, just nothing, no sugar, just a little chocolate, amazing

Decent, But Not My Favorite

Smooth, low-acid cup
Full, heavy body

Odd lingering aftertaste
Earthy/musty finish I didn’t enjoy
Heavy mouthfeel feels overwhelming
Woody/tobacco-like notes not pleasant for me
