Very smooth, with a nutty finish. This was my first order. I would purchase this again.

Invigorating and complex flavours reminiscent of gyokuru teas I've tried. A beautiful green colour with vegetal, seaweed and spice aromas becoming prominent as it blends to a smooth paste. The flavours move between umami and sweet with good levels of bitters and acidity to give it a pleasant complexity. Thick, smooth with a lingering, cleansing almost minty menthol finish; the overall experience is energizing and intriguing. I would happily have this as my go-to morning matcha but its multi-layered depths deserve more space and time for contemplation.
