For the most part, it works well with the exception being a product like TUNA which was totally defrosted, but still edible. I realize the distance
from Tennessee to California is considerable so I understand the limitations
on an order.

The delivery was earlier than expected which was perfect. The frozen order arrived frozen ..!thank you for the excellent packing with care.

The ice pack did well, although it was just about on the edge of very cold yet still frozen. The shipment arrived slightly before the date posted as when I could expect delivery. Glad to be here at the house when the UPS driver was walking up towards the house. Was a good box packing job~
