Great Product, but Disappointing Condition on Arrival

I recently purchased the SPIKA Drover II Bino Pack 10L from your store and wanted to share my experience. After placing the order, I noticed the item was suddenly listed as out of stock. It wasn’t clear at the time of purchase that this was the last one available, which made me a bit uneasy. I was concerned that the pack might have already been opened or handled. When it arrived, I found that the plastic packaging had already been ripped open, and there was a noticeable stain on the top cover material of the bino pack. I was able to clean it off carefully, but it wasn’t ideal to receive it in that condition. That said, the product itself from Spika is great. The stitching is solid, and the design is clearly well thought out and practical. I have no issues with the quality of the pack itself. At the end of the day, I understand it’s gear that will end up getting dirty in the field, but it’s still disappointing to receive a new item with visible marks on it. I hope this feedback helps improve stock transparency and quality checks before dispatch.

SPIKA Drover II Bino Pack 10L Pack and pack attachment kit.

I purchased the SPIKA Drover II Bino Pack 10L Pack to replace the Bushbuck bino+a side pouch case I was using. I wanted a case with built in front and side pouches which this has. The pouches are a little small but are still usable (Spika are redesigning a new case for 2027). I bought the attachment straps to connect it to the Drover two backpacks, (I have two). If you have a Drover Two 25Lt or 35Lt the attachment straps will have the bino case hanging around your crutch, but it can be fixed with some ingenuity. Spika know about this because I have been in contact with them!
