Looks great, feels bad.

I loved the look of this chair and all of the color options available. The seat is very comfortable and I love the neck support from headrest I added. Unfortunately, the lumbar support is very uncomfortable, and it ruins the whole chair for me. I move it up and down all day long trying to find a more comfortable position with no luck. The lumbar support feels like a block of wood behind my spine, not a soft support. Unfortunately, I gave myself some time to get used to it, so I've now missed the return window and I'm stuck with an uncomfortable chair.

The chair that actually made my workdays better

I’ve gone through a few office chairs over the years, and this is the first one that truly feels like it was designed for everyday comfort. The support is exactly where you need it, especially for long work sessions, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how my back feels at the end of the day. It’s also really well-made and feels sturdy without being bulky. I love that it looks clean and modern in my space without taking away from the overall aesthetic (which is important to me). Assembly was straightforward, and everything felt high quality right out of the box. Overall, it’s one of those purchases that just makes your daily routine better without you realizing how much you needed it. Highly recommend if you work from home or spend a lot of time at your desk.
