The boots had obvious wear on them and were not packaged properly. For that price point of a luxury item it seemed as if I had ordered boots from walmart. I have bought bespoke items directly from Italy at the same price point and have received 10 times the quality and service. I would really appreciate a resolution from Lucchese.
