Magnificent
The entire experience was wonderful. I bought the boots as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. He has never owned cowboy boots before. I called customer service regarding the sizing as he is an 11 in a sports shoe and a 10 in a dress shoe. They suggested a 10.5 which was spot on. The color is beautiful and the leather magnificent. We immediately went for a mile walk and he had absolutely no problem. Incredibly comfortable right out of the box. Now he has to learn how to get them off by himself.
