Disappointed with the fit and returned it

I was very much looking forward to receiving the Baker. When I did, it was so tight that I couldn't get it on. Along with the Baker, I ordered the Tanner (roper boot) which fit like a glove and is quite comfortable. I just don't understand why each cowboy boot that I'm interested in Lucchese cautions that if you need a wider fit, order a half size larger. I don't need a wider fit and every boot I have ever order in size 10.5 D fits perfectly, including the aforementioned Tanner. The boots are beautiful and the leather used seems to be the best, but I hesitate to order another cowboy boot from Lucchese without trying it on first. Since I live in California that is difficult since there are no Lucchese stores here. Very disappointed.

Best Boot Ever

I own a couple pair of Lucchese boots and have been satisfied with the fit, quality and look. Baker is my new favorite. Being from Oklahoma I’ve seen some boots in my years. They walk and look great. Get some!

I have 6 pairs of Lucchese boots they are the best. The only boots I will buy.
