Excellent hot smoker

Very pleased with the Masterbuilt smoker. Solidly built and seems well thought out. Smoking of wood chips works well on temp setting down to 105C, haven't tried lower (if necessary could always boost temp briefly, or used a cold smoking spiral). Cooked a 4kg pork shoulder for eight hours (wrapped at 5hrs) and this came out exactly as hoped for pulled pork. I would recommend this smoker.

Amazing service from the guys a pro smoke was shipped the same day as purchase and delivered first thing after the weekend, nobly had one chance of using because of the good old British weather but works amazing can’t wait for some more dryer days!!
