Outstanding

Brilliant product used to create of our Hotel's Chef's Specials for ANZAC Day. Lemon myrtle & coconut crumbed barramundi served with saltbush, lemon & mango aioli, salad & chips. Our chef commented the product was fine and fragrant and she loved it.
