Doesn't seem to be same/similar as last purchase

I really enjoyed the last package (1kg) my partner bought for me last year. So I went ahead and bought another 1kg myself. It doesn't seem to taste as I remembered...We get the whole beans and hand grind ourselves and the way we make our cups hasn't changed. Hence the lower rating, sorry!

Fantastic coffee.

This has to be the best coffee I have ever tried. So full of flavour with no bitterness at all. Would never use anything else now.
