Disappointing Experience with My Recent Order

I’ve been a loyal customer, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I accidentally selected coffee beans instead of ground coffee for my order, and I realised the mistake immediately. I replied to the order confirmation email and also contacted you through your website using the “Contact Us” form, asking to update the order before dispatch. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and you still sent me the wrong item (coffee beans), which I cannot use since I don’t own a grinder. This was a frustrating and avoidable situation—and ultimately a waste of money for me. Please take better care in reviewing customer messages and updating orders when requested. Ignoring these kinds of emails can cost you loyal customers. I’m disappointed, and I won’t be recommending your products moving forward.
