Wattleseed is a winner
This is a delicious addition to many and various dishes - sprinkle on scrambled eggs, incorporate as part of a meat marinade, bump up flavours in sweet treats biscuits & cakes. It's one of my favourite spices.

Makes my morning coffee perfect!
I'm an American who first tried wattleseed after buying some during a trip to Australia a few years ago, and have been addicted to it ever since! I add a little to my espresso pot before brewing, and it adds a wonderful richness to the flavor!
