Phenomenal machine

Temperature control is pristine. The flow control also works really well. I have done both classical and turbo shots and they come out great. The quality of the construction is top notch.

Amazing machine

I upgraded to a Bianca from the Mara X after 5 years of use. The Mara was a wonderful machine, but the Bianca improves on a bunch of little things. 1. The rotary pump is much quieter. 2. Steam power is much better. 3. Better control of brew temp between shots. 4. Direct plumbed for water and drain 5. Programmable pre-infusion is a really nice feature. Only you can decide if its worth the price difference, but I have no regrets except I should have started with the Bianca to begin with. I went with Chris’ coffee as they helped me source a replacement heating element when other vendors wouldn’t give me the time of day because I didn’t purchase my machine from them. Also, Chris’ Black Pearl beans are better than any coffee I was using.

The best espresso machine at any price. It will hold its own against machines twice or three times its price. It has opened up a world of experimentation with espresso that I could not achieve with my ECM Synchronika and I cannot believe that I spent 5 years with a machine I never could love. I now look forward to my cappucino every morning. The satisfaction of getting a machine that produces pro barista grade espresso without commercial grade prices cannot be beat. Can't recommend Chris Coffee highly enough! From the superb assistance of the very kind salesman to the speedy transaction and shipping of the machine which arrived in sterling condition, I would recommend them to everyone looking to buy coffee equipment. They deserve a full 5 star rating as well.
