Love our new Izzo Vivi PID !

We previously had a Rocket Apartmento. Love our Vivi PID even better ! This was our first experience with Chris' Coffee and we could not be more happy with our transaction. The sales and tech staff were exceptional!

Great machine - love it!

Very happy with our purchase of the Izzo Vivi PID from Chris’ Coffee. Machine arrived quickly and was well packed. We had a Rancillio Sylvia (V1) that after 23 years finally needed replacement - boiler issues. I looked at a number of options – Rancillio ProX, Quick Mill QM67, Profitec 500, ECM Mechanika Max, Rocket Appartamento TCA and Bezerra’s Magica and Aria. All quality machines around the same price point. At the end of the day the cost, features, aesthetics and warranty of the Izzo won out. The free joystick upgrade from Chris’ is great – enjoying it much more than I anticipated! Also really like that the PID doubles as a shot timer. I was able to pull great shots right away – using my Rocky grinder from my previous setup. My only minor complaints would be: The instructions on programming the PID are not the most intuitive, the manometers are nice but because they are placed low (and are not backlit) they are kind of hard to read, the drip tray does not exactly slide in or out super smoothly and the filter baskets are really difficult to remove from the portafilter (hoping the last two will get easier with continued use). The unit is also very heavy making it difficult to move – however, adding felt chair pads to the feet did solve this issue. The Izzo Vivi is a beautiful machine that performed well right out of the box. Again, very happy with our purchase – would absolutely recommend it to others.

Izzo Vivi PID

Very happy so far with this Izzo Beautiful stainless steel build and attractive, fairly compact design. Nicely equipped with high quality porta filters, including a bottomless, heavy tamper, and disk to back flush. Once I got the grind correct the shots were really good. Also, very strong steam. Built in Napoli, one of my favorite cities = added value to me! Chris's Coffee was very easy to order from, promptly shipped, and was available for a couple questions I had. Nice experience all around.
