I ordered a starter kit for my niece who has sensitive skin. When it arrived, one of the bottles had been broken in shipping. I called to see if I could get a replacement for the broken bottle. The women I spoke with was very polite and helpful. They sent a new bottle right away and it arrived quickly. My niece says she loves the polish!
