Great experience all around

Wonderful experience buying my first espresso maker. I called before my order and spoke with Mark who guided me to the right machine. It was easy to setup watching the videos online, functions beautifully (self-cleans) and I've upped my morning coffee game ten fold, hot, frothy and adjustable coffee strength. I love it and highly recommend!

Everything you want

This is the second Magenta we've purchased as a gift, and the third refurb unit from wholelattelove. Great overall experiences from ordering to receiving to using. The Magenta makes a full cup of coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos - everything. Push button, receive fresh hot beverage. It's great that the milk carafe can just go in the fridge and get pulled out when you want to make that beverage. Very efficient, very easy to use, very attractive and it fits on the countertop under the cabinets. We got a rolling tray to set it on so it's easy to pull out to access the top water and bean hoppers and then push it back under the cabinets. We've had nothing but fabulous experiences and can't recommend highly enough.

Very easy to use and easy to clean. Makes great drinks. I had a Gaggia Titanium and this is a big improvement, and a smaller footprint on the counter.
