Traditional Swiss Dinner
This Raclette Classic was just what we needed for our traditional Swiss dinner. The wheel size is perfect for cutting wedges for each guest to have table side. The cheese cut easily, melted well and above all, was delicious without being overpowering. It was served with expected items such as French bread, baby potatoes, cornichons, cured meats (Capicola & Prosciutto) and a side of Gurkensalat. For those who don’t own a Raclette oven, I highly recommend buying one…it is a fun way to have a dinner party!
