We make pasta in our house and love doing it and eating it - but when we read Pepe Guida’s endorsement of this dry pasta, we took his word and gave it a try. He’s right - cooked properly, it’s amazingly delicious as it’s full of flavor, has a good “tooth” to it and ends with that silken outer layer that is the hallmark of homemade pasta. BRAVI TUTTI!

I ordered 12 packages of pasta, and 5 of them were open in the box when I opened it. I tried to find a phone number to call but I couldn't find one. I left an email, and hopefully, someone will get back to me. This is my first time ordering from this company, and my first impression isn't going very well. Hopefully they stand by their products. I'll update if and when someone responds.
