Delicious - but tomatoes just a little tough

The relish was delicious - spices were perfect. If there is anything that would improve this for me, it would be for the tomatoes to be a little more tender. The tomatoes seemed just a little too tough. But overall the relish was great.

The only side I need with catfish!

This is the only green tomato relish I've found that tastes just like my Grandmama used to make in her kitchen. If you were raised eating it with fried catfish you'll understand it's a necessity! I only eat fish where they serve this as a side item, in other words it's mandatory! IT IS THE BEST!!
