Arduino Edge Control

We are having a problem and have been awaiting for support to follow up on our inquiry submitted The unit should come with a jumper cable for at least one successful test. We are now waiting on jumper cables that may or may not work from a separate follow up order and have compile issues from IPv4 or 6. Probably my old network card or need to enable web server on win 10 home if possible
