Good fit for Rock 5b+
The V2 fits perfectly on a Rock 5b+. There are about 3 or 4 pads included, one U-shaped for the Rockchip and two for the LPDDR5 Ram.
I for myself can controll the fan speed using the github project fan-control-rock-5b.
Note: due to its height of 9mm this heatsink can not be mounted together with the X4 PoE+ Hat

Loud and poor
The quality of the product seems to be poor. Documentation about how to install and how to configure the fan is not available.

Loud and Disappointing
Very disappointing in terms of performance and noise levels.
The thermal interface provided is also too thick and causes the heatsink to be tilted forward.
