This seemed to help my son in the winter. My son does not complain at all, they are stuck inside in the winter where I live so this makes me feel better!

This product shipped fast and arrived in great condition. Giving it 4 stars only because we've only been using it for close to 2 weeks so don't have too many things to say but it's been great for my 6 year old, she takes it daily with no complaints as it has mild to no taste!
