Cookbooks review
The cookbooks are really useful in teaching a normal person to have a healthier approach to food. If you are an expert in nutrition the books are not for you, but for the vast majority of people I think they are a must have. Even if you don't like an ingredient in some recipes, you can substitute it with one that you like and has a similar amount of calories. Read the recipes and get creative :) And please don't dismiss them because of the price. Think of the time you save by reading them instead of trying yourself recipes and reading a bunch of information. I 100% recommend them

Worth it.
The books have a bunch of good recipes you can use to replace worse meals with better and lower calorie alternatives. You will have to tailor the recipes to your taste. The Swedish meetballs for example, we liked them, but not the sauce. We are just going to use the meetball recipe and use it for things like wraps or other meat in meals. Also, don’t be afraid to leave out the artificial sweeteners. We haven’t used any yet and we everything tastes fine. Adding them would have been WAY too sweet for us.

Good book for beginners
As Gerg keeps saying in his videos, this book is not for advanced individuals. The recipes are simple and relatively easy to make. While there are many of them, there is a lot of repetition of the basic combinations of some ingredients. Given that I have some experience being creative with traditional recipes and replacing ingredients with lower-calorie ingredients, I found it less useful. Still, I see how someone new to calories and cooking would benefit. I found it difficult to replace some ingredients that could only be found in the US/Canada. I am in Germany, and we don't have things like FiberO, 0% fat cheese, etc. However, I could find good enough alternatives with some googling and research work. Maybe a point for improvement as your following is now international, Gerg ;) Lastly, having another review / quality check on the book might be useful. It can be understood from previous recipes and context, but I expect more for the book's price. Sometimes the instructions could be more precise, or words seem missing by mistake. Overall, I recommend beginners.
