Been a great experience. I've used the high calorie meals in bulk as OMAD's and the low calorie recipes as daily food as well as craving curbers. I love every page

The cookbook is great! The only thing I would change about it or that could make it better would be if the following was the case:
1. There were photos for all Meals and not just most of them.
2. there were nutrition facts for all meals and not just macros.
3. the units used in the cookbook were all of the same unit system (metric versus imperial) and not a mix of them.
4. There were quantities of all ingredients in each dish. for example, some dishes just have "Alfredo sauce" listed as an ingredient. okay, but how much? also, how much salt and pepper? how long of a spray of oil? How much paprika? What mass of tomato? obviously, this is getting quite granular but all these things kind of do matter for long- term health and fitness.
Overall though it is a great book and my preferences are just extremely granular and scientific. I would give it 9/10 and it is obvious the guy did put a ton of time into making it as good as it is. I am still a satisfied customer and will likely use the book for life.

I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it! He’s so excited to have more nutritious options when he meal plans. This was all he wanted for his birthday!
