Good straps, but incorrect sizing guidelines & poor customer service
The elastic loop straps are good, but the sizing guidelines on the website are wrong and customer service is poor. My watch was sliding up and down my arm. They don't really want to make things right -- as a "gesture of goodwill" they said they'd offer a free return label. Yes... as a "gesture of goodwill" they allow you to return an item after they provided incorrect sizing information.
Contrast that with Forstner who immediately sent me a new jubilee bracelet last year after I reached out to mention that several screws were stuck.

Amazing customer service, strap is ok
Had the greatest experience with foreigner service, helpful and knowledgeable. 5 out of 5.
The elastic strap, quality is good, but is very thin and doesn't feel premium. Pictures look thick and luxurious, but not as such in person. Regardless is still nice.
