great casual strap
really comfortable and great for a casual effortless look, albeit with the minor caveat that it isn't quite compatible with watches that have a narrow clearance between the case and the spring bar (for example, seiko speedtimer) because the velcro portion is too thick to slip through, which makes it hard for you to squeeze your hand through to put the watch on or take it off
