Crow & Moss India Anamalai 70%

I enjoyed this bar. It came highly recommended, but honestly, it didn’t surprise me as much as I expected, despite being considered their best origin. I found it leaned more toward dark, deep flavors. Even the fruity notes felt more subdued and chocolatey rather than bright and lively. The primary cacao flavor is very strong, and while there are secondary flavors (marasca cherry), they don’t stand out as much or show much complexity. I’m still on the fence about this one.
