Grilled Artichokes in EVOO

Easy appetizer. Just put it on toast or crackers or eat over pasta.

We like to sautée these in their own oil and add them to anything.

The artichokes are delicious! I made the pasta recipe from Zia Pia that incorporated the artichokes and it was delicious!
