Puts out little clumps of salt and pepper

Bothe the salt and pepper grinders put out intermittent little clumps of salt and pepper. It is hard to determine if there is only one hole in the side of the top or if there are a few. The grind setting does not really give much of a range for course pieces of pepper. It really is extra fine to medium fine. I emailed customer service to ask if there was a tutorial on how to use, but have not heard back. I may be retuning these, as they just don’t work, for me.

Both the salt and pepper work fine. I am having difficulty no matter how loose the grind setting is getting anything but fine grind for pepper and salt
