With three people sharing one bathroom a cloth mat was not gonna work. This absolutely solved our damp musty, mold problem. It also just happens to look really nice as well!

They gave me what was promised. My feet dried off quickly. We got it primarily for safety. (Rugs tend to bunch up.) I don't there is anything that the company can do anything about that it was cold and hard on stepping out of the shower.
