Perfect mini split heatpump for a good price!

5 stars but one improvement.

For the price, this unit was absolutely great. Installation went smoothly. I only have one complaint. When scheduling in the app you are forced to use Celsius in my Fahrenheit world. I have adapted, but it is a minor inconvenience.

12000 BTU mini split

From the initial order to delivery, everything went smooth and was timely. Units arrived well packaged and un damaged I had a question and sent it to customer service on a Sunday evening. I received an answer within 2 hours. Amazing. Installation is easy if you have a few skills and the right equipment. I’m writing this as I sit in a comfortable room cooled by the unit. Thank you.
