Withania - Daytime

Love these glasses. Great for work especially since I live in an area with not a lot of natural light so having too much blue light during the day does affect my overall health/mood/sleep. They are a bit tight on my head and cause above my ears/head to hurt after wearing them for extended periods of time.

I wear these whenever I’m doing work behind a screen and I love them!
