I was already using a software filter on my laptop but these glasses make an insane difference. When working for 12-13 hours a day behind multiple screens, I have noticeably less headaches and tired, painful eyes. This is not only healthier (I guess) but also means driving home is safer as I'm less exhausted. The quality of the glasses is fine. They're light, the plastic seems solid and the lenses are big enough to cover most of my field of view. They fit my (kinda narrow) head well without squeezing but I do think the arm thingies will come under a lot of stress when you have a big, round head. If I open the glasses beyond standard (which they already need to do slightly for my head), the entire front flexes and when opening further, I can see the hinge moving beyond the standard 90 degrees. But maybe that's just how glasses are supposed to work, no idea as I normally don't wear glasses. Only downside is that these glasses are an absolute no-go if you do anything related to color. Another downside is that every movie now looks like it's set in the Hollywood version of Mexico. All in all: would recommend to everyone that has to work behind a screen!

Bought this one to my wife and she loves it! The frame is pretty nice to waer in any occasion and the glass itself I already shared my experiences, its pretty great! The box is also really cool, by material and its foldable.
