Tallow is of fantastic quality. Received sealed, at a good temperature, and quickly. I plan to purchase more in the future. I can't wait to deepfry some turkeys this Thanksgiving!

Love it, use it for cooking lean steak for a nice maillard reaction, also love using on tortillas for awesome browning and flavor.
