I’m glad I stumbled on GYF through a FB pop up ad in Nov 2019. $20-what could I lose? I’d always been in great shape & size/very active-retired military. At 52 started experiencing weight gain that took 10 years to diagnosis and treat-Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Needed to lose the 100 lbs I’d gained. I started using the sample DVD in FEB 2020 5-7 days per week along with nutritional changes. I got results and purchased Chapter 1 bundle and began using it all of 2021. I’ve lost 70 lbs, size 16 to 8 and XL to S/Ms. Chapter 2 has me Moving More-I can practically touch my knee to my EAR-way past my nose! The DVDs are Excellent for me as I live rurally on an island and streaming doesn’t work here. Others have asked about my transition and I am quick to credit GYF as the FOUNDATION of my fitness regimen. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
