The bundle is perfect...I was on vacation and had no internet and was able to keep up with my exercises; of course, they're not quite as good as working out online where I can make comments at the end of the workout and can hear from Deron if I have any questions!

So far so good!

I haven't tried them all yet, but I am very happy with the ones I have! Deron makes it fun and really makes you believe you can do it!!

This was a good decision for me. I had been using just the starter set for months and repeating over and over again. Now, I have the full programs and it is good to progress forward. I have worked up from three times a week to 3-5 times a week. My stamina and strength are returning and I have been recommending Grow Young Fitness to lots of folks. Keep up the good work Deron. You have been a great encouragement to me! I've lost more thn 14 pounds since August.
