Other than being priced in USD, even though the store is Toronto-based and paying the ridiculous CAD conversion price, and then having several shipping issues, even though shipping was literally local, the ideas behind all the items from this store are deeply rooted and tremendously much appreciated. Only hoping the customer service experience has improved immensely since my first purchase.
