Absolutely LOVE my tote!!! It holds SO MUCH & the straps definitely feel secure on my shoulder. The material also feels very nice on my shoulder and not causing any discomfort. So excited and love, love, love the color!!!

I like the bag however the shipping was late with no communication. I understand the aspect of preorder and I know things dont go as planned it,that should have been communicated. I should not have to go searching tiktok for answers on my late shipment. No compensation was given in lue of the issue which wasnt addressed. Product amazing, customer service regarding company brought on issues not good.
