Oh my gosh. i was not prepared for the bitter taste of them. It is nearly gagging me. I feel kinda like a kid whose grandmother would give me a tsp if cod liver oil. Ugh. I’m pretty sure you won’t use my response. I do not know of its overall effect yet. I am still choking them down.
