Rise by Day. Rest by Night.

The Rise gives me steady energy the Rest I don’t notice as much. This may be due to the fact I’ve been taking reishi for about a year now. I do love the combo however. A bigger bottle would be nice. I don’t think it will last 30 days. Great stuff!

Rise is my happy med, no jitters. Rest works great for all night sleep. I am very happy with this formula. It is very dark and I am getting the full dose. Thank you!

Rest to Rise

I tried the Lions Mane and loved it. By the time I was getting low and have hardly had any brain fog so I ordered and subscribed to Rise and Rest they both do what they are made to do. Rest is helping me get ready for bed and Rise is helping me function to normal feeling and not much brain fog just every once in a while I’ll slip up, so yes the L.S.M. is definitely a great company and products. Keep it up guys and girl. They are helpful and friendly.
