Rise by Day. Rest by Night.

This is a great Dual Mushroom Complex, very effective. The morning extracts energize me and the evening complex definitely relaxes and produces restful sleep.

Great product I feel more sharp and focused

The Rise gives me steady energy the Rest I don’t notice as much. This may be due to the fact I’ve been taking reishi for about a year now. I do love the combo however. A bigger bottle would be nice. I don’t think it will last 30 days. Great stuff!
