Excellent unit. it's whisper quiet and penny pinching cost to operate, what else could you want. Why did I wait so long to get it. Best investment I've made in a long time.

It was installed and operational in a few hours. Functioned perfectly. Shipping was spot on as well as the pricing.

I would have given 5 stars, however the carrier contracted to deliver the unit was very rude and unprofessional. I contacted the carrier to confirm that a signature was required, and told them that someone would be home to sign, as I cannot take phone calls at work. I received a call from the driver asking if I could meet in the nearest town to receive my order, obviously I found this out when I got home by my wife, who said the driver was very condescending. Also this was on a pallet, I have no way of getting it home, I placed this order expecting shipment to my home not what is more convenient for the driver.
